The Process

Upon receiving an incident report through our Incident Report Form, one of our volunteers, familiar with the relevant norms and standards, will investigate the matter. Regardless of our investigation's conclusions, the individual making the report will be notified of our conclusions, and any actions that will be taken, if appropriate. This both educates the individual making the report, and reduces the number of reports that need to be handled by diocesan authorities.
